Henry Hutcheson is a Senior Associate Consultant with ReGENERATION Partners, LLC and specializes in business and organizational diagnostics within family owned and managed enterprises.

Henry's family has owned and managed two international 3rd generation enterprises. Prior to joining ReGENERATION Partners on a full time basis, Henry gained more than 20 years of experience in innovation development and organizational optimization within Global Fortune 500 companies. He held senior management positions with companies such as Compaq Computer, UPS, Sumitomo Electric, and IBM. His most recent position was as the Director of Business Transformation with IBM/Lenovo, leading the first integration effort ever between a US company (IBM PC Company) and a Chinese company (Legend/Lenovo). Henry joined ReGENERATION Partners as a part-time consultant in 1998 as the coordinator of international development.

Henry has extensive experience and success in establishing profit initiatives, developing innovation, and increasing operational efficiency in organizations. Henry has expertise in Strategy, Marketing, Management, Ecommerce, Production, Product Management and Product Development. He has also lived and worked in 7 countries, including China , Japan , France and Germany . Henry communicates in English, Japanese, and French.

Henry has a BA in International Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin , where he was also the President of the Austin Chapter of the world's largest student-run organization, AIESEC. He also has an MBA in Management and Marketing from Columbia University in New York , where he continues to be on the Admissions Committee. Henry also spent a year studying Psychology and International Affairs in Switzerland.

Henry is a board member and the social chairman of the North Hills Club of Raleigh, North Carolina. He is also an avid tennis player and has participated in 3 USTA North Carolina state championships, and enjoys going to the North Carolina coast with his family and fishing.
